We have been present here since 2001 and owners have been around for longer and know what they are doing. You have only to choose the area you prefer and look for an apartment there, if they are rated or visited you will be fine.
Go for Prague 1 or 2 if you want the tourist areas, Malastrana for a bit more quiet and definitely Vinohrady for a more genuine real Prague experience (and restaurant where locals go).

Great value for the money. Much cheaper than most hotels and even the nearby hostel on a per-person basis. Out of the old city center (and away from the hordes) but still close to what you need, as the neighborhood has plenty of bars and restaurants. A short tram/metro ride or longer walk to the center of town. Bedrooms were bigger than expected. We had plenty of room to move around, much more than in the hotel we came from in Germany. Ms. Maesova was extremely kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.
