LOCATION


Many major attractions are located within easy walk or taxi ride. River Plate football stadium, Polo Grounds, Hippodrome racetrack, Rose Gardens, Japanese Gardens, Zoo, Golf Course, and entrance to BA city park is 3 block walk. Recoleta (with Evitas cemetary), Belgrano and Palermo all surround this wonderful neighborhood. Taxi are very reasonable, 30 pesos can get you from one end of city to other. Most rides are 10 peso or less. City bus is .80 pesos. Small grocery stores, sandwich shops, cafes, coffee shops, antique stores are all very inexpensive and popular with locals. Very safe neighborhood, which we have lived in for 5 years. Elevator and Full time property manager(Portero)/doorman, on site. 5th floor apt. with unobstructed views. Private Balcony with awning. Perfect for traveling couple or single on a budget. Good location for language school student.

Comment: Ok, very nice apartment! The tv was in a bit uncomfortable position to see it from the bed, but it was all great!

Comment: Even if not so central, it was comfortable to reach all major tourist destinations, and the Barrio is nice.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean.
