1. ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?
Bed linen and towels are provided in our apartment at no extra charge, but they will not be changed or cleaned during your stay. We always suggest to bring one more, personal towel.

2. ARE THE PRICES PER PERSON OR PER APARTMENT?
Prices shown are per apartment per night.

3. ARE THERE ANY TAXES?
No. All taxes are already included in the price.
We (owners) Pay TAXES! We can provide You also a registration Tax number!

4. HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO MAKE THE BOOKING?
The payment is normally 50 Euro by Paypal.

5. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY?
The remaining of the balance is payable on arrival in cash.

6. WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT I HAVE TO PAY ON ARRIVAL?
No deposit id due!

7. IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING?
There is no extra charge for cleaning. The apartment will be clean before your arrival.
During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment, but you can ask our cleaning service also!

8. WHERE WILL WE GET THE KEYS?
The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will met there at a time specified by you!

9. WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE / DEPART?
Arrivals should normally be after 13.00, and departures should be before 11.00am. If the flat is available before, no problems!Of not, we have an hotel lobby, where to leave the luggage or wait.
Normally provisions can be made to look after luggage during the hours between, (you will have an hotel 4 stars at your disposal!) but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. No fee due for early or late arrivals!

10. WHO WILL MEET US AT THE APARTMENT?
We (the owners) or our representative will meet you at the apartment.

11. ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR GAS, ELECTRICITY OR WATER ETC?
There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc.

12. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?
We require a minimum stay of three nights normally.

13. HOW WILL WE MEET AT BUDAPEST?
There are some possible ways:
- You give us your flight number and arrival time, and a mobile number in case or troubles or delays and our taxi will wait you the airport (with a plate on which your name is written,18 euro for 1-4 perople, 30 euro 5-8 people) and take you to the apartment where we wellcome you.
- You give us a time period when you arrive to the apartment, and we will wait you there at that time.

14.PARKING PLACE?
We have a special parking place, for 5 euro per night.
We have a hotel parking (indoor) for 18 euro per night.
The parking are just close to all the flats, in Vaci utca!

We also can host groups.
All the flats are in the main street of Budapest,Vaci utca, pedestrian zone, and the most silent and safety place in the town!
Special discount for groups, and families and for reservations up to 8 nights!

Comment: Very good flat but what a pity that the owner didn't say us that was work in progress on the building (it means: a bit noisy and view on the works from the balcony and the windows)...very good situation 50 m from vaci utca, a nice pedestrians street in budapest, near the danube, the covered market, and near the transportations (metro, tram..)..But the mess in the kitchen (plate, glasses..)were not really clean, what a pity!!!very good big leaving room...and for information, internet was not working!!!

Comment: Rewelacyjnie usytuowane w centrum miasta mieszkanko, ciche z drewnianym tarasem na dachu skad rozciaga sie niepowtarzalny widok na dachy starego miasta!
Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wyposazone w sprzety kuchenne oraz produkty typu kawa, herbata. Jedna uwaga -brak windy. Poza tym - godne polecenia!
(translation by Apartmentoski.com: beautifully placed in the middle of the town, quiet with a wooden terrace on the roof, from where you can see the roofs of the old town! The apartment is very clean, the kitchen accessories are plentiful, plus you some products like coffee and tea. Just a lit is missing, but apart from that warmly recommended!)

Comment: The look on the outside isnt very appealing, and the stairs are stinky at teh bottom, and a long climb up. but once you get into the room, its a great plce for just laying back after lots of walking, and in a very central location. It has everyting you need to relax and tour the city for more than a couple of days, but not for months straight. And the managment was great too.

Comment: I spent 3 nights there in January 2007 and was sad I had le leave it.
There is a huge area with kitchen, living room and a double bed and one nice balcony PLUS even a rooftop terrace which must be great in summer.
The bathroom has nice tiles and a corner bathub.
There is no lift to reach the 4th floor but the effort is worth it (and healthy!).
Location can't be better, Vaci street is 10 metres from the door, the Market is 2 minutes away and you won't need much transportations to see the main tourist attractions, which are mostly reachable by foot.
I suggest it to young people. If you organize a evening here, your guests will have the feeling to be in a lounge, not an apartment.
